Artisans of Barossa Small Batch Eden Valley Blanc de Blanc 2021

$49.00

We are delighted to unveil our inaugural release of Small Batch Blanc de Blanc 2021, celebrating the craftsmanship of the time-honoured traditional method. This wine takes its place amongst our Small Batch collection, alongside our Chardonnay, Riesling and Graciano.

Hailing from the cool climate of the Eden Valley, this Blanc de Blanc captures the essence of this cool climate region. A meticulous blend of Chardonnay and delicate Riesling, hand-picked and whole bunch pressed, captures the purity and freshness that defines high-quality Eden Valley wines.

Each bottle reflects a commitment to small-batch winemaking, with a year of maturation on lees lending to the development of complexity and texture. No dosage is added to leave the wine free from sugar additions, with just a whisper of barrel-aged Riesling for topping up after disgorgement.

Under the expert guidance of Winemaker Corey Ryan and sealed with a crown seal, each bottle epitomises our dedication to the highest standards of craftsmanship.

As time unfolds, we hold the optimistic vision that fellow winemakers will embrace this exciting Eden Valley Blanc de Blanc style, adding a new chapter to the legacy of winemaking innovation and a wine style that Barossa can proudly showcase.
