With a first name John and a family name anchored deep in the story of the Barossa’s western ridge, John Lienert is often known as ‘Jack West’. A name that rings big and bold, just like the character of these wines. Big and generous, made in the vineyard and hitting the mark for those seeking classic Barossa reds.

Miette is a direct translation from the French word "Crumb".
It's a direct reference to the yummy morsels left on the side of your plate after a hearty meal. Far from being leftovers, Pete Schell's Miette wines represent sensational value and are a great introduction to the Spinifex approach to winemaking.
Elegance and power combined beautifully ion this wine. Produced from a single vineyard planted in 1905, this Barossa Shiraz is extravagant. Poise, silken, direct and exaggerated flavours. Only 260dozen bottles produced.
