AoB Small Batch Graciano & Rose Intro
Introducing 2017 Artisans of Barossa Small Batch Rose
100% Mataro from an elevated site in the Northern Barossa parish of Ebenezer that produces low yields of frgrant savoury fruit. Barossa Rosé is great balance between refreshment, texture and varietal red fruit expression - and old vine Mataro is brilliant for producing the dry, savoury Rosé wines that this region is renowned for. The wine is pale salmon in colour, with lifted aromatics of red currant fruits and a slight savoury undertone. Great balance of the key components with a rounded mid-palate and refreshing finish
Introducing 2016 Artisans of Barossa Graciano
Graciano ios a relative newcomer to the Barossa (Originally from Spain's Rioja and Navarra regions) but is a hardy variety that revels in warm and dry conditions. Plantings are sparse in the Barossa and as such excites grower and wine maker alike. The wine shows brooding blueberry and sour cherry aroms along with a meaty sub note. Richly concentarted flavours aloong witrh focused acidity and fresheness. Enjoy this as a young wine whilkst fruiots are bright and fresh.
