Each six-pack contains a bottle of these brilliant wines:

Schwarz Wine Company ‘Schiller’ Shiraz 2016 (RRP$80)

From a vineyard planted in 1885 of just 400 vines. Farmed today by Tom and Ben Schiller, the sixth generation of their family who care for this vineyard. An exceptional expression of old vine Barossa Valley Shiraz.

Teusner ‘Big Jim’ Shiraz 2016 (RRP$65)

Sourced from the Gilder family’s vineyard at Stonewell on the Barossa Valley’s western ridge – a sub-region that is home to some of the district’s finest wines. The dark, rich and intense fruit flavours and firm tannins suggest a long life ahead for this wine.

Hobbs of Barossa Ranges ‘1905’ Eden Valley Shiraz 2016 (RRP$160)

This vineyard was planted in 1905. Hand pruned and hand-picked, the old vines yield tiny crops of grapes each year to produce wines of incredible flavour intensity. This wine is built for the long haul!

Sons of Eden Cirrus Eden Valley Riesling 2017 (RRP$60)

Corey Ryan and Simon Cowham are producing Eden Valley Rieslings that have become benchmarks for the region and the variety. ‘Cirrus’ represents the very best single vineyard Riesling of vintage, and this wine is sourced from the Petney Family vineyard on Boehm’s Springs Road in the High Eden. There is little doubt this is one of Australia’s finest Rieslings.

Massena ‘Stonegarden Vineyard’ Eden Valley Grenache 2017 (RRP$75)

From a vineyard that ranks amongst the oldest Grenache vineyards on the planet. Planted in 1858, this vineyard produces a deeply flavoured and beautifully spiced wine. This is a classic example of the art of single vineyard expressions of wine because the character is so distinctive and markedly different from Grenache made from vineyards elsewhere across the Barossa.

Spinifex Old Vine Mataro (RRP$50)

Barossa is home to the oldest Mataro in the world and produces some of the most compelling examples of this variety from rare old vineyards dotted across the Valley floor and out into its North-Western reaches. Black as night with a core of beautifully dark spiced fruits balanced with a delicious savoury tannin edge. This is a truly mouth-watering wine!
