JC's Wermut 2015
This 2015 Vintage, Dry Wermut (Vermouth) is made from premium Marsanne, grown in the Barossa Valley. The wine is wild fermented and aged on lees for texture and body.
Organic herbs are sourced and infused into the wine base for two weeks to fully steep.
After removing the botanicals, neutral spirit distilled from premium Barossa grapes is added. The Wermut is aged for 6 months to mature before bottling without fining and filtration.
