July '17 Juicy Reds Dozen
There are three bottles each of four superb and juicy wines in our winter warming dozen pack for you to enjoy.
Jack West ‘Western Ridge’ Barossa Valley Grenache 2017 (rrp $30)
Granted ‘most delicious juicy red’ status by the Artisans staff tasting panel. A “whip off the screwcap and enjoy whilst it’s young and juicy” style produced entirely from fruit grown by John Lienert out on the Barossa’s hallowed western ridge.
Purple Hands Barossa Valley Grenache 2017 (rrp $30)
You’ll hear much more about the wines from good mates Craig Stansborough and Mark Slade in coming weeks following a full range tasting on Saturday. This one wine presented beautifully, and we were quick to put our hand up for the last stocks of the 2017 vintage release. Outstanding value
Artisans of Barossa Small Batch Barossa Valley Graciano 2017 (rrp $38)
The love for our rare Graciano continues to astound, with crowds at the recent Sydney leg of the Good Food & Wine Show quickly snapping up available floor stock in the first day. It’s black and it’s bold and it’s perfect for winter (and maybe a good selection of salami and ham)
Sons of Eden Kennedy Barossa Grenache Shiraz Mourvédre 2017 (rrp $35)
The juiciest of juicy reds produced from the Barossa’s finest grape varieties. A seem less blend of three Barossa heroes producing an impeccable and flavoursome red of undeniable appeal. Your gloved and beanied mates will cry – “where can I get some of this!?” Luckily, you’ll still have 2 further bottles to share…or maybe not!
