July 17 Shiraz Dzn
Each dozen contains 3 bottles of the following wines:
Spinifex ‘Miette’ Barossa Shiraz 2016 (rrp $26)
A masterful blend of parcels of Shiraz sourced from old vine vineyards spread across the Barossa landscape. A bright and lively mouthful of red/ black fruits with an exceptional length of flavour
Hart of Barossa Limited Release Shiraz 2014 (rrp $30)
Exceptional value for a 5-year-old Barossa Shiraz produced from Michael and Alica Hart’s sustainably farmed vineyard at Light Pass. Elegant, soft and finely structured. Super drinking!
Jack West Western Barossa Shiraz 2016 (rrp $30)
‘Jack’ dropped in yesterday with a sneak peek of the 2017 vintage Shiraz (which will be released next month), which we lined up against the current 2016 release. 2016 remains true to form, and true to the western ridge of Barossa Valley. Plenty of long lines of juicy dark black fruits – simply one of the most delicious Shiraz we’ve come across.
Wednesday Night Wine Company Barossa Shiraz 2016 (rrp$27)
The team effort from the Artisans, and really hitting its straps with 3 years in the bottle. Lovely dark fruits and hints of chocolate – perfect for a cold winter night and a rich and flavoursome curry.
