Romulus & Remus Release 6pack
To be considered for either wine, the fruit must be sourced from vineyards of at least 50 years of age. The 2016 Romulus is a powerful, fleshy and well-structured wine with chewy, textured tannins finishing with polish and focus. Fruit is sourced from vineyards at Gomersal, Moppa, Mengler’s Hill and Moppa in the Barossa Valley. In contrast (and a true reflection of its namesake) Remus is more refined, focused and elegant, but certainly, no lightweight as it shows the legendary depth, and strength of character and flavour that only the very best Eden Valley Shiraz can produce. The fruit was sourced from the Keyneton, Moculta and central areas of the higher Eden Valley.
Available this week for $249 + $10 delivery (saving 40% off the regular price cellar door price of $413),we'reoffering a six-pack containing 2 bottles each of the 2016 Romulus and 2016 Remus, PLUS 2 bottles of the gold medal winning 2017 Artisans of Barossa Small Batch Shiraz – a blend of fruit from Barossa Valley and Eden Valley made by Sons of Eden winemaker Corey Ryan.
