Spinifex Rose 2016
I'm really happy that Australian Rose is heading in this direction away from the heavy lolly-water styles which are prevalent elsewhere.
This drop has some great complexity while still being very easy drinking. Pairs with a wide range of foods, it has enough acidity to cut through richer, dark white meats like Poultry (think Chicken Drumstick\Thigh) and Pork (Belly, Hock) and is still delicate enough to eat with light seafood like deep sea Perch.
In otherwords, it's delicious, it's what Rose should be, it is extremely versatile, and you should buy some.
