Two Exclusive Seatings to Choose From:

Understanding the uniqueness of every family's schedule, Essen offers two distinct seating options for Mother's Day lunch. The first seating provides a cozy two-hour window, perfect for those who plan to enjoy the day with multiple festivities. This seating will be staged from 11.30 am to 1.30 pm to ensure a smooth service for all guests. The second seating extends an open invitation to relax and revel in the company of loved ones until the end of the day, with no rush to leave the table. This seating will be staged from 2 pm.

A Culinary Journey Through the 'Discovery' Menu

For $90 per person, guests will embark on a culinary journey with our three-course 'Discovery' menu. The experience begins with an assortment of our Chef's chosen snacks, followed by your choice of an entrée and main or a main and dessert from our à la carte menu. 

Curated Wine Pairings from Artisans of Barossa:

Essen is owned and operated by Artisans of Barossa, and the team has designed the menu with specific wines to complement your meal; for $40 or $70 per person, we offer carefully considered wine pairings, equating to two glasses of wine. Alternatively, guests are invited to explore our extensive wine list, featuring over 120 small-batch wines from across the Barossa and Eden Valleys. The Artisans of Barossa comprise eight small winemakers, including John Duval Wines, Spinifex Wines, Sons of Eden, Lienert Vineyards, Schwarz Wine Co., Purple Hands Wines, Hobbs of Barossa Ranges, and Chaffey Bros. Wine Co., each dedicated to preserving and promoting the art of small-batch winemaking in Barossa.
