You can opt out of commercial electronic messages by using the relevant unsubscribe facility for the AOB brand or program which sent the message.  If you have chosen to opt into our newsletter or marketing emails and decide to opt out, we have a simple unsubscribe form that will allow you to be removed from our e-mail list.

All the payment information we collect is done so under SSL - a standard internet security measure. Any data that we store about you is kept behind a secure firewall in our database and is not accessible to the public in any way. Should we experience an external breach of our data we will inform you.
 
How Can I Access or Correct My Personal Information?
You have a right to request access to the personal information we hold about you. You can access or correct your personal information by contacting our Privacy Officer at wineroom@artisansofbarossa.com.
However, before we provide you with access to your personal information we may require verification of proof of identity.
 
How Can I Make A Complaint About The Management Of My Personal Information?
If you would like to complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles, you may contact our Privacy Officer. We may ask you to put your complaint in writing and to provide relevant details. We may discuss your complaint with our personnel and our service providers and others as appropriate.
We will respond to your complaint in a reasonable period of time (usually within 30 days).
If you disagree with our decision, you may refer your complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) (whose contact details are as set out here).

Your details remain yours and may only be shared with our agents for the purposes of communicating Artisans of Barossa offers. They will NOT be sold or rented to any other companies. Subscribers are able access their personal information and modify existing personal information.  Subscribers also have the right to be erased or forgotten from our distribution list.
